By retaining SOUTHLOR LLC for web development, you agree to these Terms of Service. We specialize in building affordable, lightweight WordPress websites utilizing the Genesis framework. Any additional services, including hosting setup, domain configuration, or third-party integrations, must be agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement.
Acceptance & Scope
To deliver projects on budget and on schedule, we require timely cooperation. You agree to provide all necessary text, brand assets, and high-resolution imagery within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays in asset delivery may result in project rescheduling or additional administrative fees.
Client Obligations
Our services are priced to remain affordable for local small businesses and young entrepreneurs. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the website going live. All payments are processed securely.
Fees & Payments
Upon final payment, full ownership of the custom website design and content is transferred to you. SOUTHLOR LLC retains the right to display the completed project in our design portfolio. The underlying Genesis framework and WordPress core remain subject to their respective open-source licensing agreements.
Ownership & Rights
SOUTHLOR LLC builds secure, optimized websites, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for third-party hosting failures, plugin conflicts arising from client-installed software, or search engine ranking fluctuations. Our total liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
